Aspire Sustainability Consulting were engaged to undertake Section J 2019 compliance via the JV3 Verification Method for an existing warehouse that is to be converted to two commercial office tenancies.

The JV3 modelling exercise allowed the existing high thermal mass to be utilised in order to reduce construction costs associated with the Section J upgrade required by the buildings change of use.
