NBPS: Green Star 5 Star Design & As Built Design Review Rating Achieved

Following a successful collaboration with Grindley Construction and the project design team, the team at Aspire is thrilled to share that Neutral Bay Public School has achieved Australian Excellence 5-star Green Star Design & AsBuilt v1.3 Design Review rating. This outstanding result was achieved without the need of any credit resubmissions.

Key sustainable features that contributed to this success include:

• Metering and Monitoring: Advanced systems for real-time tracking of energy and water usage, optimizing resource efficiency;
• Sustainable Transport: Infrastructure supporting public transport, cycling, and walking to promote eco-friendly commuting options;
• Energy Efficiency: A design focus on reducing energy consumption, improving the building’s overall performance and reducing its carbon footprint; &
• Climate Change Adaptation Plan: A proactive strategy to ensure the building is resilient to future climate challenges.
