Meet Luke Williams
Director of Aspire Sustainability Consulting
Luke founded Aspire Sustainability Consulting in 2019 following a number of years working in a variety of managerial ESD roles. Previously a team of one, Luke has overseen the growth of Aspire into a group of talented sustainability consultants located at Unit 9, 36 O’riordan Street, Alexandria, delivering Green Star Certification, NABERS Ratings, Section J & BASIX compliance as well as general ESD/Sustainability consulting for a range of high-profile clients.
Luke is a passionate Sustainability Consultant with an established history in the management of global sustainability teams, delivering sustainable rating schemes for some of Australia’s most prestigious buildings. Luke specialises in building performance simulations, management of Green Star & WELL submissions, NABERS Energy Estimations & Assessments, BASIX Certification, Energy Audits/Upgrades & Strategic Planning.
With extensive experience carrying out building performance simulations as well as the management of Green Star Submissions totalling over 200,000m2, Luke ensures a smooth project execution in a cost effective and efficient manner, resulting in exceptional sustainable outcomes.
Luke has successfully delivered NABERS Energy design & operational ratings on some of Australia’s largest commercial office buildings. With careful consideration of all energy end uses from concept stage design through to building operation, Luke achieves targeted NABERS ratings whilst minimising cost uplifts associated with improved energy performance in new commercial buildings.
